Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the online services, applications, and tools (collectively, the "Platform") provided by Arena Global Network ("we," "us," or "our"), a consulting firm headquartered in Brookfield, Connecticut. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
Our collection and use of personal information is described separately in our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Services Provided
The Platform provides case management, document handling, communication, scheduling, and related professional services tools. Certain features, including the Case Status Online tool, retrieve information from U.S. government agencies (such as USCIS) via authorized Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and display it for your convenience.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the U.S. government, USCIS, or any other government agency. Information retrieved from government APIs is presented as-is and may not reflect the most recent updates. For authoritative information, consult the relevant agency directly.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
- Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization.
- Transmit content that violates another person's rights, including privacy, intellectual property, or confidentiality.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform or any government API data available through it.
- Exceed reasonable usage volumes or attempt to circumvent rate limits.
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense government API data obtained through the Platform.
We may suspend or terminate your access if a violation occurs.
5. Government API Data
Certain features of the Platform query external government APIs (e.g., USCIS Case Status API) to retrieve and display information. By using these features, you acknowledge that:
- You will only query receipt numbers or identifiers for cases in which you have a legitimate interest (your own case, or a case for which you are the authorized representative).
- Query results are informational only and do not constitute legal advice.
- We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data returned by government APIs.
- Government APIs may be unavailable during maintenance windows or outside of published service hours.
6. Payment Processing
All payments are securely handled by our authorized payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full credit card or banking credentials on our servers. Transactions are subject to the processor's own terms of service and privacy policy.
7. Communications and Consent
By using the Platform, you consent to receiving service-related communications, such as verification codes, case updates, appointment reminders, or document requests, via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time through your account preferences or by contacting us.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and branding on the Platform are owned by Arena Global Network or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to damages resulting from reliance on information retrieved from government APIs.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arena Global Network, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
